I did an online order and upon arrival I was greeted by the lovely man behind the counter (sorry I didn't get your name) to ask if I was positive that my order was right ( I somehow only ordered cheese on one side of my pizza? ) he also tried to ring me to which i did not answer. He tried his best to double-check with me before i arrived. He only charged me an extra 5 dollars and made it brand new again, and it was my mistake! And then gave me the pizza i stuffed up aswell!!! Thank you so very much for not allowing me to go home and have a cry about my own muck up . For your clarity, for your customer service and for the freebie!!!! I havnt had hellz pizza in a year or two and to come back to service like that. Thank you to that staff member of hellz pizza porirua! You made my night!!!
Oh my word! Probably the best pizza that I've had in a very long time. A decent amount of toppings. One of the few places that don't have an issue with exchanging toppings. And finally, when asking for hot, it was properly hot. The gluten-free base was perfect. If you want your taste buds teased and you're in the mood for a great pizza, this is the place.
Absolutely love Hell Pizza! Hell Pizza Porirua is honestly one of the best pizza joints in NZ. Their pizzas are next level — always packed with fresh, top-notch ingredients and cooked spot on. The menu’s mean too, heaps of classic options plus some wicked combos you won’t find anywhere else. Just wanna give a massive shoutout to the manager and the whole crew at Hell Porirua. Every time I order, they go the extra mile. Not only are the pizzas always bang on, but the customer service is choice too. Legends!

I havnt had hells pizza for a while ,for me it was the toppings ,generous amount of everything. The presentation and the flavors of their pizzas were10/10 .dominos and pizza hut have down graded awfully they suck.."Hells Pizza" a big 10 for me
